§ Mr. Neil HamiltonA copy of the inspectors' report into the affairs of Minet Holdings plc and WMD Underwriting Agencies Limited was passed to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in August 1990. The matter was then referred to the joint disciplinary scheme. In December 1992, a joint disciplinary scheme committee of inquiry, noting that the events which were the subject of the inquiry took place prior to 1982, decided it would not now be able to reach a finding on the conduct, efficiency or competence of the members under inquiry.
