§ Mr. HagueThe Department's policy is to use recycled paper where possible. The Department does not normally use recycled paper for press releases or written answers, because of cost and quality considerations. However, some replies to hon. Members from agency chief executives are on recycled paper, as are the great majority of letters signed by Ministers. We have also concentrated on ensuring that the paper we use is manufactured in the most environmentally friendly manner possible.
