To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give the payment rates made per hectare under the arable area payments scheme for(a) cereals, (b) oilseeds, (c) proteins, (d) linseed, (e) set-aside and (f) the simplified scheme paid in (i) the first year and (ii) the second year of the scheme in Wales.
