To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list all (i) political consultants, (ii) public relations companies, (iii) management consultants, (iv) survey organisations and (v) other outside bodies or individuals currently employed by his Department together with the date on which the contract was awarded, the length of the contract and the total amount spent by his Department on each contract; whether the contract was based on a fixed-fee or fee-plus man-hours basis; what was the name of the individual or organisation to which the contract was awarded; what are the services which were required by his Department; and if he will make a statement.
