§ Mr. BurtI received a copy of the report about a month after it was published, but not directly from the National Children's Home. I replied to the sender and drew attention to the Department's expenditure on income support in 1993–94 which is to exceed £16 billion—an increase of £1.6 billion over 1992–93.
