§ Mr. BlunkettTo ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) what guidelines are applied to the use of official cars for personal purposes by Department of Health staff or Ministers; and who originate these guidelines;
(2) what arrangements exist within her Department for reimbursement by Ministers of the cost of private use of official cars.
§ Mr. SackvilleOfficial cars may not be used for personal purposes except during the working week when the effect is a saving of time for use on official duties or for security reasons.
