To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to his answer of 15 December,Official Report, column 714, when he expects the Standing Advisory Committee on Trunk Road Assessment to finish looking into the question of generated traffic and report to his Department.

I understand the standing advisory committee on trunk road assessment is aiming to submit its report on generated traffic to Ministers in the spring of this year.
