§ Mr. StewartThe local enterprise companies are required by their operating contracts with Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise to have in place arrangements to protect confidential and commercial in confidence information, including that of their own directors and others. Precise arrangements are for Scottish Enterprise Highlands and Islands Enterprise and the local enterprise companies to determine.
