To ask the Secretary of State for Defence whether all defence export sales by International Military Services Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries are subject to licensing; and if he will make a statement.

All exports of defence equipment by International Military Services Ltd. and its subsidiaries are subject to the normal export licensing requirements.
