To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when he plans to meet representatives of tenants' groups to discuss housing needs and investment in Scotland.

My right hon. Friend does not currently have any plans to meet representatives of tenants' groups to discuss housing needs and investment in Scotland. It is for local housing authorities to consider the housing needs of their areas, and to identify their investment needs in their annual capital programmes.
