To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what was the total aid and trade provision for each of the last five years; and how it was spent.

Total expenditure under the ATP for each of the last five years was as follows:

This was used to provide grants to support successful tied aid development projects through mixed credits, soft loans and technical co-operation. A full list of projects supported under the ATP is in the Libraries of both Houses.
