To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many accidents involving cyclists were reported in each year since 1991.

§ Mr. Key
The Department collects data from personal injury road accidents. There were 25,042 injury accidents in 1991 and 24,962 injury accidents in 1992 involving pedal cyclists.
