§ Mr. NeedhamThe amounts paid out by year on ECGD's top claims markets are now detailed in the Department's annual report, copies of which are in the Library of the House. Since 1990–91 Iraq has featured in the list. ECGD's 1992–93 report will be presented to Parliament later this month.
§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the President of the Board of Trade how many Export Credits Guarantee Department loans were outstanding to Iraq at(a) 2 August 1990 and (b) 15 January 1991.
§ Mr. NeedhamAt the 2 August 1990 there were 28 ECGD-backed loans outstanding on Iraq. This total remained unchanged as at 15 January 1991.
