Mr. Simon Hughes

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what are the implications of the Government's "back to basics" policy for his Department during 1994.

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what working definition of "back to basics" is used by his Department; and what his Department has done in the past three months to implement the policy.
