§ Sir George YoungLocal authorities currently have a range of measures at their disposal to tackle anti-social behaviour. We have asked the local authority associations to let us know how their members are dealing with this problem and whether they think that there are any constraints on their ability to do the job effectively. We shall review the position in the light of the associations' response.
