To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what arrangements he makes for the taxation of income on benefits arising from the playing of Rugby Union football.

—STF—in July 1993. We urge the fund and Russian authorities to continue their policy dialogue and reach rapid agreement on further action which can be supported by a second drawing under the STF and will enable a full stand-by arrangement and rouble stabilisation fund to be put in place.
