Sir John Wheeler

The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland and I held discussions with the chairman and members of the Police Authority for Northern Ireland on 13 December. We discussed the operation of the tripartite structure of policing in Northern Ireland and improvements necessary to clarify roles, responsibilities and lines of accountability.
