§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonOfficials from the Scottish Office Industry Department roads directorate and their consultants will be meeting members of CARE80 on 25 January. In due course, they will be providing me with a detailed report of all their consultations, including the discussions with CARE80, for my consideration. Thereafter, a final decision will be taken on the proposed route for the M80 and this will be immediately followed by the publication of the draft statutory procedures.
