§ Mr. Llew Smith
To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will make a statement on the implications for existing and future nuclear trade with Japan of the Japanese Atomic Energy Commissioner's report on nuclear policy and non-proliferation strategy released in November 1993.

§ Mr. Eggar
The report reaffirms the main thrust of Japanese civil nuclear policy, including their continued commitment to the recycling of plutonium and nuclear non-proliferation.
