To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make available to hon. Members the customary notes on the clauses of the Finance Bill.

§ Mr. Dorrell
Yes. Notes on clauses are being placed in the Vote Office and in the Library of the House. In addition, the Treasury will, for the first time, be making the notes available to the public.
