§ Mr. BaldryMy right hon. Friend is aware that refuse collection and/or street cleansing contracts have been awarded to private contractors in the following authorities from those listed: Brighton; the Cotswolds; Hinckley; Stockport; Torbay; West Devon; and Wychavon.
