§ Mr. GoodladThe table lists consultancies awarded by the diplomatic and aid wings of the Department to accountancy firms in 1992 and 1993 to consider work practices within Departments. The Department did not award any such consultancy contracts to merchant banks in either year. The table does not include the many consultancies awarded under the aid programme to developing countries or the know how fund.
