To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his answer of 17 December 1993,Official Report, column 947, if he will list the organisations that were consulted before the Government prepared its submission to the Human Rights Committee of the United Nations in August in respect of its obligations under the international covenant of civil and political rights.
