§ Mr. MacGregorThe report of the marine accident investigation branch's investigation into the loss of the Braer will be published tomorrow, 20 January. Copies of the report will be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
The report of my Department's marine pollution control unit on the loss of the Braer and the lessons to be drawn from it, which has already been made available to Lord Donaldson's inquiry, will also be published tomorrow and copies of it, too, will be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
