Figure for households accepted as homeless by individual local authorities are given in the supplementary table to the quarterly information bulletin "Households found accommodation under the homelessness provisions of the 1985 Housing Act 1985: England"; copies of both are in the Library. The latest available statistics are for the third quarter of 1993.
