§ Mr. Lennox-BoydTwo meetings of the Independent Commission on Population and Quality of Life have been held. The commission will conduct regional consultations and other activities during 1994 and aims to launch its final report in June 1995. The ODA is providing a grant of £150,000. This includes covering the costs of seconding an ODA population adviser to the commission secretariat for two years. The commission members are:
