§ Mr. McLoughlinThe "Register of Licence Applications" which is published weekly by OFTEL lists all applications for new telecommunications licences which have been made since the publication of the duopoly review White Paper in March 1991. The register does not list the dates on which the applications were made; these are provided in the table for all applications under consideration appearing on the register as at 14 January 1994.
