§ Mr. MillerTo ask the Secretary of State for Health what steps she intends to take in the event of a dispute between a contractor and a national health service trust, when that dispute is outside the terms of the National Health Service Contracts (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 1991, to ensure that the trust has acted wholly within the law.
§ Mr. SackvilleNational health service contracts between purchasers and providers are subject to the National Health Service Contracts (Dispute Resolution)528W Regulations 1991. Where a purchaser or provider contracts with the independent sector these contracts will be legal contracts and therefore subject to the proper legal process.
