To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department which local authorities in England have adopted a byelaw prohibiting the occupation of land within 300 yd of any dwelling house so as to cause injury, disturbance or annoyance to those living in the house.

Our records indicate that, prior to 1969 when the Home Office ceased to offer it to local authorities, this model byelaw was adopted by the following local authorities in England and Wales:
