§ Mr. Burns
To ask the Secretary of State for Health what will be the percentage increase in health spending in the North Essex health authority area in 1994–95; and if she will make a statement.

§ Mr. Sackville
The 1994–95 revenue cash limit for North Essex health authority represents a 5.3 per cent. increase over 1993–94. The allocation is made by North East Thames regional health authority.
