§ Mr. BrookeThe methodology of theatre in education raises questions of educational and artistic judgment in which my Department does not become involved. The value, use and development of theatre in education are issues that need to be addressed by those agencies with a direct interest—local authorities and individual schools, and the arts councils and regional arts boards.
