§ Miss WiddecombeThe Employment Department group occupies some 1,500 buildings nationally. Where the Department is billed direct, which is in the majority of cases, we hold records of electricity, gas and fuel consumption from April 1990 for individual offices. In the remaining offices these costs are part of an overall service charge and details are not available.
There is no mechanism for identifying separately the cost of heating the Department's offices.
