§ Mr. Foulkes
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what plans he has to introduce shared civil-military usage of(a) existing military infrastructure facilities funded by the NATO infrastructure programme and (b) future NATO infrastructure programme facilities.

§ Mr. Hanley
Certain military infrastructure facilities funded by the NATO infrastructure programme are already shared with civil users. The possibility of shared usage will be taken into account for all future NATO infrastructure facilities.
