§ Mr. JackAn evaluation of the horticultural elements of the farm and conservation grant scheme was completed in May 1993 by Dr. Ilbery of Coventry university and Dr. Bowler of the university of Leicester. A copy of the evaluation has been placed in the Library of the House.
