Members and others who will be consulted in the formation of the policies to be recorded in the United Kingdom's fourth periodic report to the Human Rights Committee of the United Nations in August.
§ Mr. Charles WardleThe report will record the numerous existing Government policies, which fulfil the United Kingdom's obligations under the United Nations international covenant on civil and political rights. Information about the organisations and individuals who have been consulted in the formation of these policies is not recorded centrally and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
