§ Mr. JackI would refer the hon. Member to the written reply that I gave on 14 December at column596 to my hon. Friend the Member for Cornwall, South- East (Mr. Hicks). As I explained then, decommissioning formed part of a package of fisheries conservation measures upon which, following our decision to suspend implementation of 270W controls on days at sea, we are having to review the way forward. I am not yet able to announce the outcome of the review.
