§ Mr. EggarI met the Association of British Mining Equipment Companies—ABMEC—in May 1993 ands I have had frequent contact with individual companies in the industry since then. An increasing number of mining equipment companies are in contact with the Department to take advantage of the mining equipment company scheme which I announced in August.
