§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what consideration he has given to the matters raised in and recommendations of the report of July, presented by the European Parliament's Environment Committee on the environmental and public health aspects of the storage, transport and reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel (A3–0220/93) a copy of which was sent to Her Majesty's Government by the President of the Parliament.
