§ Mr. Gwilym JonesGuidance for staff on relations with the public and the media was issued to health authorities and NHS trusts in June 1993. General managers and chief executives were asked to ensure that all staff were made aware of the guidance and that all staff have access to a copy. A copy of the guidance is available in the Library of the House.
