It is anticipated that the chief inspector's report, "Engine failure and subsequent grounding of the Motor Tanker Braer at Garths Ness, Shetland" will be published in the new year. Distribution of all priced publications is carried out by HMSO, which makes a commercial decision on the number of copies printed.
