§ Mr. Charles WardleNo. It is not the normal practice to publish internal instructions. The written notice given to passengers refused entry as visitors informs them that they may contact their high commission or anyone else who they think may be able to help. I shall send a copy of the relevant notice to the hon. Member and arrange for one to be placed in the Library.
