Health Board Current Number of Fundholders Argyll and Clyde 5 Ayrshire and Arran 3 Borders 1 scheme and a set-aside access scheme, which, together with the environmentally sensitive area scheme, will comprise the agri-environment programme for Scotland. There are no nitrate sensitive areas currently designated or proposed in Scotland. Planned expenditure on the Scottish agri-environment programme as a whole is expected to be in the region of £7 million for 1994–95 and £11 million for 1995–96.
