§ Mr. CashTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will ensure that the English translation of the judgment of the German constitutional court of 12 October 1993 is made available to the general public as soon as possible and placed in the Library.
§ Mr. GoodladA translation was placed in the Library of the House on 3 December 1993. It will be published in the International Law Reports later this year.
