To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his answer of 14 December,Official Report, column 534, on what occasions in the last year a body belt has been used in a police station; and what were the circumstances surrounding that use.

I am not aware of any occasion in the past year in which a body belt has been used in a police station.
