§ Mr. HanleyWe have advised the Belize Government that existing arrangements set out in memoranda of understanding, concerning the technical aspects of the British military presence in Belize need to be brought up to date to reflect the evolution of our military garrison into a jungle training team. The details of these arrangements are confidential between Governments.
