§ Mr. HanleyWe would expect to make maximum use of all of our fixed-wing air transport aircraft—Tristar, VC10 and Hercules—in tactical and strategic roles, supplemented as necessary by civil aircraft, to deploy the British elements of the Allied Command Europe Rapid Reaction Corps.
