§ Mr. Tony Banks
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what happened to the wrens for which a licence to kill was issued in 1992 but for which no deaths are recorded.

§ Mr. Soames
The licence was issued to allow the shooting of one wren trapped in a supermarket. Before the licence was used, one last attempt to catch the bird was successful and the bird was released.
