§ Mr. CashTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is his estimate of member states' net contributions to the EC budget, after the United Kingdom rebate, in 1993; and what estimate he has made, in respect of the calendar year 1994, of member states' net contributions to the European Union budget for that year(a) on the basis of the latest draft proposal European Union budget, and (b) after taking account of the latest estimate of the United Kingdom's rebate for 1994.
