To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what proposals he has to increase the disability allowance.

On 1 December 1993 my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State announced increases in disability living allowance, attendance allowance and disability working allowance from April 1994 as part of the annual uprating of all social security benefits.
