asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether a code of practice relating to the use of bailiffs by the Child Support Agency has been placed in the Library of the House as promised on 2nd November 1993.

A final copy of the Child Support Agency's code of practice relating to the use of bailiffs has not yet been printed. However, a draft copy of the code, which is an extract of the contract under which the bailiffs operate, will be placed in the Library of the House next week.
